This chair was made by Nathaniel Dominy V for his grandson, Nathaniel Dominy VII. It is a child's rocking chair with compass-shaped rush seat with corner blocks and seat facings. The donor was the granddaughter of Charles M. Dominy, the last family member to live in the Dominy house.
